Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items within 21 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping charges.
We will not accept returns past the 21 days, no exceptions. If you intend to use the item at a later date, please make sure to inspect your item(s) within the return period to make sure everything is in order.
To be eligible for a refund, all items should be in their original, unused condition and fabrics should NOT be folded.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
There will be NO returns accepted for Alcantara products.
Samples are not eligible for returns.
You should expect your refund to be issued within 3 days of your item been delivered back to us, however, in many cases we will issue your refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to inspect the item and process your return once we receive it but it does not include the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Your items might ship from more than one location.
In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. In the event an item you order is back ordered you will be promptly notified, at which point you will have the choice to have your order cancelled and your money refunded in full or get a substitute item.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
